Just took home my new Honda Pilot.  Our salesman at Russell & Smith Honda was Michael Sauerzopf.  What a great guy.  Was patient and mature, with no pressure at all.  Very knowledgeable about the car and could answer any question.  Was very fair on the price without haggling.  He introduced us to the dealership manager, who was all about servicing the customers.  Overall, a great experience.  I would highly recommend Michael!
